- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Nzitsa Academy or its users.

- All data is transmitted over HTTPS with TLS encryption.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt algorithms and never stored in plaintext.
- Our database is hosted on Supabase infrastructure with row-level security policies enforcing strict access controls.
