Please read these terms carefully before using Nzitsa Academy. They govern your access to and use of our platform.

Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Nzitsa Academy platform (the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
- If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.
- You may not share your account with any other person or use another person's account without their explicit permission.
- You must notify us immediately at support@nzitsa.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Nzitsa Academy reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Platform Use & Conduct
- You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- You must not upload, post, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our servers.
- You must not use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without prior written consent.
- Nzitsa Academy reserves the right to remove any content and suspend any user that violates these conduct rules without prior notice.
Payments & Refunds
- Some courses and features on Nzitsa Academy are available on a paid basis. All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at the time of purchase.
- Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment partners. By making a payment, you authorise us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method.
- Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 20% of the course content. After this window, refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Nzitsa Academy.
- Certificates of completion are only issued to learners who have fully paid for and completed the relevant course.
Intellectual Property
- All course content, including videos, text, graphics, quizzes, and certificates, is the intellectual property of Nzitsa Academy or its instructors and is protected by copyright law.
- Upon purchasing a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from any course content without prior written permission from Nzitsa Academy.
- Content you upload to the platform (e.g., forum posts, project submissions) remains your property. By uploading, you grant Nzitsa Academy a non-exclusive licence to display that content on the platform.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nzitsa Academy makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
- Course content is provided for educational purposes only. Nzitsa Academy does not guarantee employment outcomes, professional licensing, or specific learning results.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nzitsa Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
- Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
Changes to These Terms
- Nzitsa Academy reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
- We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
- Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
